Workshop mode: cut hands-free
Walk a cut list one step at a time on a shop tablet, advancing with the volume keys so your hands stay on the stock.
Reading a full nest while you’re breaking down sheets is a recipe for a wrong cut. Workshop mode turns the plan into a focused, one-cut-at-a-time walkthrough built for a dusty bench.

Enter Workshop mode
From a finished layout, tap Workshop. The screen shows the current cut large and clear, with the fence dimension called out.

Make the cut
Set your fence to the highlighted measurement and cut. The part you’re about to free is highlighted on the sheet.

Advance hands-free
Press a volume key to move to the next cut. No tapping a screen with glue or sawdust on your fingers.
Mount an old tablet near the saw, open the plan, and switch to Workshop mode. Completed cuts are marked green so you always know where you are if you step away.
It’s a small feature that changes how a cutting session feels — fewer mistakes, no flipping back and forth, and a clear finish line.
